EmmeGel distributes Surgital products in Tuscany as the official distributor for the cities Florence, Prato and Pistoia.

Surgital is the company that represents more than ten major brands and some of their declinations for as many lines of fresh frozen pasta, single and multi-portion frozen ready meals, and frozen nugget sauces, top-quality products that follow exacting standards to please not only domestic consumers, but especially restaurants, bars, and caterers. Surgital's daily production exceeds 135 tons of fresh pasta, 60,000 ready meals and 8 tons of nugget sauces.
